Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Footnote. Driven by the conviction that the analog “football notebook” tradition deserved a 21st-century upgrade, Nakamura launched Footnote in 2026. Working across product engineering, editorial direction, and data science, he designs a service that handles youth-development data from both the player and the club side. In editorial work, he insists on testing tactical theory, developmental science, and career planning against both world-class research and on-the-ground coaching knowledge.
